The Rays' A-to-Z guide says outside food or beverage is not permitted, with the exception of one sealed bottle of water (20 ounces or less) per ticketed fan, and that exceptions can be made for food specifically needed for medical reasons or childcare. Hard-sided coolers are prohibited, and an empty plastic bottle or cup is allowed for the hydration stations. Ask a Guest Services desk at the ballpark before you go.
