The Astros' 2026 concessions list shows The Butcher and Butcher Express at these sections selling smoked brisket, sausages, nachos and a brisket or chicken loaded baked potato. One Find Me Gluten Free reviewer from 2024 ordered brisket and sausage without sauce for a child with celiac disease and reported no problem; another ate a brisket baked potato without sauce and reported no reaction.
