Peanut or tree-nut allergy? A label, a peanut-free game, or a cleaned section does not remove the risk of cross-contact or peanut dust elsewhere in the building. Confirm the details with the venue before you buy tickets and again on game day, and follow your allergist’s plan.
Lumen Field's food guide has a Nut Free filter that tags five stands, but it does not label individual items. Bam Bam Smash Burger in Section 122 sells peanuts in the shell.
Are peanuts or tree nuts sold?
Peanuts are sold; sold in the shell. Bam Bam Smash Burger (Section 122) lists Peanuts: salted whole peanuts in the shell.
Tree nuts are sold (2026 menu). The suite menu's House-Made Roasted Snack Mix has pistachios, cashews and almonds.
Peanut-allergy updates for Lumen Field
Some teams post peanut-allergy games or suites during the season. We’ll email you if one is posted for Seattle Seahawks games here, or when nut-free food or peanut sales change.
How the venue handles allergies
During an event, the venue directs questions to the nearest Guest Services location or event staff member: Olympic Hall (Section 130), Main Level (Sections 101 and 127), Club Level outside the T-Mobile Endzone, the Suite Concierge Desk, Summit Level (Section 318) and the Event Center. First Aid stations are on the Main Level at Sections 103, 119 and 141, on the Club and Suite levels in the West Rainier Neighborhood, and on the Summit Level at Sections 300 and 326.
Fill in the date, your section and your name, then copy it and send it to the team’s guest services. Ask a couple of weeks ahead, and bring the answer with you. Going sooner? Ask staff at the gate when you arrive.
Bringing your own food
Single-serving outside food in a clear plastic bag, or pizza in a pizza box, is allowed at Lumen Field and the Event Center, but not in the Suites. Outside beverages are not allowed, with exceptions that include beverages related to medical needs.
