Outside food is prohibited in Arrowhead Stadium generally, but exceptions exist for documented medical dietary needs through the Fan Experience department.

GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium bag policy
Clear bags only
Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags up to 12" x 6" x 12".
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags are also allowed.
Small clutch bags 4.5" x 6.5" or smaller are allowed.
Belt bags and fanny packs of any kind are not allowed.
Medical and diaper bags: Medically necessary items are allowed after inspection. Breast pumps and supplies must be in a clear bag up to 12" x 6" x 12".
Food and drinks: Outside food is not allowed, but guests with medical dietary needs can contact Fan Experience. One factory-sealed water bottle, 20 oz or less, is allowed per guest.
