Peanut or tree-nut allergy? A label, a peanut-free game, or a cleaned section does not remove the risk of cross-contact or peanut dust elsewhere in the building. Confirm the details with the venue before you buy tickets and again on game day, and follow your allergist’s plan.
The Phillies offered Peanut Reduced Suites on six 2026 dates in the Bill Giles Party Suites, with a peanut-free menu included in the ticket. The Phillies say the rest of the ballpark is not peanut-free and peanuts are sold to the public during those games.

Peanuts are not allowed in the suite for these games, and the suite is cleaned before the ballpark gates open. Tickets ($115, including suite admission and a peanut free menu) are for people with peanut allergies and their families, up to four per family, and everyone in the suite signs a DocuSign waiver at least two weeks before the game. Guests enter through the West - Suite & Club Entrance for the least peanut-exposed path. The Phillies say not all of Citizens Bank Park is peanut free on these dates and peanuts are sold to the general public during the games. To order, contact the Phillies' group sales team at 215-463-1000 (Option 3).
Peanuts are sold (2026 menu); not stated whether in the shell. The concessions page lists peanuts at the South Philadelphia Market (behind Sections 233 and 330), and the Phillies say peanuts are sold to the general public during games.
The venue does not say whether tree nuts are sold.

How the venue handles allergies
First aid stations on the Main Concourse (behind Section 105) and the Terrace Level (behind Section 318) are staffed with medical personnel. Fans can call the Guest Services Hotline at 215-218-5440 or text PHILLIES with the issue and location to 69050. In the Peanut Reduced Suites, the suite phone reaches First Aid at extension 5275.

Bringing your own food
The Phillies' access guide says, under Dietary Restrictions, that there are no restrictions on guests bringing food into the building other than the bag size set by MLB. The Guest Code of Conduct allows clear bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches, small clutch purses, medical bags and diaper bags, and bans coolers (hard-sided, soft-sided and Styrofoam), cans, glass bottles and open containers. Unopened non-alcoholic plastic bottles, baby bottles and single-serve soft-sided juice containers are allowed after inspection. Call Phillies Ticket Services at 215-463-1000 with questions before the game.
This is the venue’s general rule; it does not name an allergy exception.
