Busch Stadium food policy

Yes, some outside food is allowed, with conditions

Busch Stadium's gameday guide says outside food and beverages are permitted except in Luxury Suites. The Cardinals' security page allows food, bags and soft-sided coolers up to 10" x 8" x 10", factory-sealed plastic bottles of non-alcoholic drinks up to 2 liters, and empty cups or plastic bottles. Hard-sided coolers, glass, aluminum containers and thermoses are not allowed, and all bags are inspected at entry. This is the rule for all guests, not a separate dietary exception.

We checked the venue’s rules on September 23, 2026. Rules can change, so check before you go.

Gluten-free food at Busch Stadium

15 gluten-free options at Busch Stadium. The guide lists each food, where to find it, and what to ask.

The team warns that food may touch gluten on shared equipment or in prep areas.

Ask for the gluten-free bun explicitly; it is not automatic.

What to ask at the stand
  1. Is this the gluten-free version? Can I see the label?
  2. Is it fried in the same oil as breaded food?
  3. Can you change gloves and use a clean surface?
  4. Is the gluten-free bun kept and toasted apart from regular buns?

I can’t eat gluten

For a medical reason I need food with no wheat, barley or rye, not even crumbs.

  • Is this the gluten-free version? Can I see the label?
  • Can you change gloves and use a clean surface?
  • Is it fried in the same oil as breaded food?

Thank you!
