Food for a dietary need: rules don’t say. Ask first
Enterprise Center's Arena Policies page lists 'Food & Beverages' among prohibited items and allows one empty plastic reusable water bottle up to 2 liters. It makes exceptions for families with small children, such as baby bottles with milk or juice, and says arena management may grant exceptions for medical or childcare needs subject to screening and approval. It does not say whether food for a dietary need counts. Call the Guest Experience Department at (314) 622-5432, or (314) 622-5431 during events, before you bring food.
The venue's rules do not say whether food for a dietary need may come in. Ask before the game.

Enterprise Center bag policy
Bags allowed, with limits
Enterprise Center strongly encourages guests not to bring bags of any kind to games or events. Bringing a bag may delay entry by 30 minutes or more.
Backpacks (of any type or function), coolers, hard-sided bags, luggage, and any bag larger than 16" x 16" are strictly prohibited and cannot be stored or checked on-site.
All bags, including purses and approved medical or childcare bags, must pass x-ray screening prior to entry.
Clutches no larger than 6" x 4" x 1.5" are permitted and may get a visual inspection instead of x-ray screening. Clear bags are not required.
Medical and diaper bags: Arena Management may grant exceptions for medical or childcare needs, subject to screening and approval.
Food and drinks: Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Guests may bring an empty plastic reusable water bottle up to 2 liters. Exceptions are made for families with small children, such as baby bottles with milk or juice. Food you need for a medical diet can have its own rule: see Can you bring food into Enterprise Center?
