Peanut or tree-nut allergy? A label, a peanut-free game, or a cleaned section does not remove the risk of cross-contact or peanut dust elsewhere in the building. Confirm the details with the venue before you buy tickets and again on game day, and follow your allergist’s plan.
Canadian Tire Centre says it is not a nut-free or other allergen-free environment and that food may contain or come into contact with peanuts and tree nuts. The 2025-26 suite menu sold toasted peanuts, almonds and mixed nuts. Fans with food allergies or medical conditions who need specific food may bring their own and can call Guest Services about exceptions.

How the venue handles allergies
Food made at or supplied to the arena may contain or come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy and other allergens. The arena is not a nut-free or other allergen-free environment, and guests with food allergies should exercise extreme caution. Suite guests with a food allergy are asked to speak to an Aramark sales team member when ordering or to a supervisor on event day. First aid is on the Main Concourse behind Section 201, with City of Ottawa Paramedic Services on hand at all events.
