Food for a dietary need: rules don’t say. Ask first

The Rapids' A-Z guide lists outside food or beverage of any kind as prohibited, and items turned away are not stored. For special dietary needs, including gluten allergies, it tells guests to contact Guest Relations; it does not say whether outside food will be approved. Guests may bring one factory-sealed clear plastic water bottle with the label removed, or an empty clear plastic bottle of 32 ounces or less. Soft-sided bags up to 14 x 14 x 6 inches are allowed, including medical and diaper bags.

The venue's rules do not say whether food for a dietary need may come in. Ask before the match.

We checked the venue’s rules on October 16, 2026. Rules can change, so check before you go.

  3. Can you change gloves and use a clean surface?
  4. Is the gluten-free bun kept and toasted apart from regular buns?

I can’t eat gluten

For a medical reason I need food with no wheat, barley or rye, not even crumbs.

  • Is this the gluten-free version? Can I see the label?
  • Can you change gloves and use a clean surface?
  • Is it fried in the same oil as breaded food?

Thank you!
