The Tortugas' ballpark guide says the club prohibits 'ANY outside food or beverages,' then adds: 'Exceptions include: items necessary for health reasons, such as medications, glucose, etc.' It also says: 'If a guest has special dietary needs, please contact the office ahead of time.' No glass is allowed. Call 386-257-3172 before bringing food for a dietary need.

No current club menu labels a gluten-free item at Jackie Robinson Ballpark. The Tortugas' online ordering menu lists snacks, burgers, hot dogs, tenders and nachos with no dietary labels, and the ballpark guide asks fans with special dietary needs to contact the office before the game.

  • Each fan may bring one clear bag up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches or a small clutch; diaper bags and required medical supplies are allowed after screening.
  • Parking was limited during 2026 because of construction; the lots charge $7.
