1 gluten-free option

What you can eat

The Spartanburgers' food page says gluten-free buns are available upon request at the Spartanburgers & Burger Bar stand behind Section 102.

Celiac? Labels don’t show how food is made. Ask staff about cross-contact.

No other food at Fifth Third Park carries a gluten-free label, and the club says its shared kitchen means it cannot guarantee zero cross contamination.

Ask for the gluten-free bun when you order a burger, since the club offers it only on request.

What to ask at the stand
  1. Is this the gluten-free version? Can I see the label?
  2. Is it fried in the same oil as breaded food?
  3. Can you change gloves and use a clean surface?
  4. Is the gluten-free bun kept and toasted apart from regular buns?
