UCLA's game day page and the Rose Bowl's stadium rules both list 'Outside Food (only for non-UCLA games)' among prohibited items, so outside food is not prohibited at UCLA football games. Medically necessary items that do not fit the bag rules go for screening at the Public Safety Building between Gates A and B. Call the Rose Bowl at (626) 577-3100 with questions before game day.
