Rules don’t say. Ask first

Texas Tech's Galaxy Stadium gameday guide says outside food and beverages are not permitted, with one unopened water bottle of 20 ounces or smaller (not frozen) or an empty beverage container allowed. Its clear-bag rules permit medically necessary items after proper inspection and do not say whether that covers dietary food. Call the Texas Tech ticket office at 806-742-8324 before bringing food.
