Its menu offers gluten-free biscuit options and a gluten-friendly biscuit swap, and warns that cross-contamination may occur in its shared kitchen. The River Walk location lists itself as open 24 hours.
Its June 2026 dietary guide lists gluten-sensitive (GS) items, with burgers and sandwiches on a gluten-free bun or lettuce wrap. It says the restaurant is not a gluten-free environment and cross-contact is possible; ask about it when ordering.
The menu has a Gluten Free section with a cauliflower-based pizza, penne and garlic bread. It says the penne is cooked in a dedicated pot but its fryers and ovens are not dedicated gluten-free equipment.

The Alamodome's facility rules say: "Outside Food and Beverages are not allowed into the Alamodome with the exception of baby formula or diabetic diet specific small snacks." Its prohibited-items list excepts "guests with medical and dietary needs," and the 2026 UTSA vs. Navy event page repeats that wording. No rule says whether gluten-free food qualifies, so contact the Alamodome before game day. All bags are searched. Bring food in a bag that fits the Clear Bag Policy, a small clutch up to 5.5 x 8.5 inches or a clear bag up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches; the medically necessary bag exception covers only bags needed for medical equipment or accommodations that will not fit a compliant bag. Food from a tailgate cannot be taken into the Alamodome, and there is no re-entry.
