SMU's policies page and bag policy list no gluten-free or allergen information, and the athletics site posts no concession menu. Food and beverage containers of any kind are not allowed in, and neither page says whether the medical-bag exception covers dietary food.

  • Visit the Guest Services booth at the main (west) entrance before the game to ask about dietary options; SMU publishes no allergen contact.
  • Clear bags up to 12" x 6" x 12", one-gallon freezer bags and small clutches are allowed; every gate screens medical items separately.
  • Gates open 90 minutes before men's basketball tip-off. Stands open when patrons are allowed in and are cashless.
