The University of Utah's guest information page says no outside food or drink is allowed in the stadium or arena except one factory-sealed plastic bottle of water per person (1 liter or less); empty personal water bottles are also permitted. The only medical exception it lists is for guests with disabilities, who may bring factory-sealed plastic or paper containers of liquids required for medical reasons, so it gives no exception for food.
