Bags carrying medical needs are allowed after inspection, and the bag policy makes exceptions for necessary medical items, but neither page says whether medically necessary food is included. Call the UConn Athletics Ticket Office at 1-877-288-2666 (weekdays, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) before game day to ask.

UConn publishes no gluten-free food for Gampel Pavilion, and no menu has been announced for the new grab-and-go stands replacing the four corner stands in a renovation due to finish in late fall 2026. Outside food and beverage are prohibited.

  • Ask the UConn Athletics Ticket Office (1-877-288-2666, weekdays 9 to 4:30) about medically necessary food.
  • Eight home games are at PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford, whose concessions page lists gluten-free options; check each game's arena.
  • Stand locations may differ from UConn's 2023 gameday map during the renovation. Gampel is cashless.
