Michigan State's men's basketball gameday page lists no outside food or drinks among items not allowed at the Breslin Center. In the same bag and item policy it says exceptions can be made for medically necessary, childcare or dietary items after proper inspection. The page names the Gilbert Pavilion Gate and the Northwest Kalamazoo Gate as Medical Needs Gates. Guest Services is at the Gilbert Pavilion Gate, next to Sections 115 and 117.
