TD Garden bag policy

Small bags only

  • TD Garden strongly discourages guests from bringing bags to events. Small bags, clutches, crossbodies and wristlets are permitted.
  • Bags, including clear bags, should not exceed 6" x 4" x 1.5".
  • Exceptions will be made for diaper bags, breast pump bags, bags needed for medical purposes, and bags provided at purchase from Boston Proshop powered by '47.
  • Oversized bags can be stored at the Event Bag Check on Level 1 at North Station for a $15 fee. Hours may vary.

Medical and diaper bags: Exceptions will be made for diaper bags, breast pump bags, and bags needed for medical purposes. Guests entering with these bags are subject to visual search and x-ray screening.

Food and drinks: The prohibited items list includes outside food and/or beverages, including alcoholic beverages. Empty plastic water bottles up to 32 oz are permitted for Bruins and Celtics games, but are prohibited for concerts and other events unless otherwise communicated. Food you need for a medical diet can have its own rule: see Can you bring food into TD Garden?
