How the venue handles allergies
Co-op Live says all food and drink items carry full ingredient lists and are clearly labelled with allergens. It warns that all dishes are prepared in an environment that may contain nuts, seeds, gluten or lactose and may have traces of these or other allergens; full allergen information is available on request from staff on the night. Guests who need to bring medical supplies, equipment or food and drink to manage a medical condition should contact the venue at least 72 hours before the event with their seat number or ticket type, and may be asked for medical documentation or moved to a more suitable seat.
