American Airlines Center says food prepared in the arena may have come in contact with peanuts and tree nuts, and asks guests to tell staff about food allergies before ordering. Peanuts are sold at two Terrace concourse stands, and The Nutty Bavarian sells glazed almonds, cashews and pecans on the Plaza Concourse. Neither the Mavericks nor the Stars publish a peanut-free game.
Are peanuts or tree nuts sold?
Peanuts are sold; not stated whether in the shell. Peanuts at Hot Popped and Twisted (Terrace concourse outside sections 302 and 317) and Ranch Water Bar (Terrace concourse outside section 327). The suite menu's Snack Attack includes dry-roasted peanuts.
Tree nuts are sold. The Nutty Bavarian (Plaza Concourse outside section 110) sells Cinnamon Glazed Almonds, Cinnamon Glazed Cashews and Cinnamon Glazed Pecans.

How the venue handles allergies
The arena says food prepared at American Airlines Center may have come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, milk/dairy, soy, wheat and/or gluten, and recommends informing staff of any dietary restrictions or food allergies before placing an order. Guests with special dietary needs can call 214-665-4765 or email Levy. Certified medical professionals staff First Aid stations on the Plaza Concourse near Section 111 and the Terrace Concourse near Section 313.
