What bags are allowed at American Airlines Center?

For Mavericks and Stars home games: Bags allowed, with limits. A wristlet, wallet or clutch of 4.5" x 6.5" is permitted at all entrances. Large purses up to 14" L x 6" W x 14" H are permitted (no backpacks or large totes) and go through X-ray inspection at the four main entrances: North, East, West or South Doors. Oversized bags larger than 14" L x 6" W x 14" H (backpacks or large totes) are prohibited, and the arena does not provide an area to check oversized bags or luggage. Clear purses and bags are permitted but not required. All permitted bags are subject to security inspection. Medical and diaper bags: Medical and diaper bags that accompany a small child and are less than 14" L x 6" W x 14" H are permitted at all entrances but are subject to security inspection. Concerts and special events can have other rules.
